How ProCVita Works

A simple process built around your real career story.

We do not start with a template and hope it fits. We start with your current CV, target roles, career context and market direction, then build documents that are clearer, stronger and easier for recruiters to understand.

Best first step if unsure: run the free CV analysis before choosing a paid package.
What makes the process different

Structured enough to be clear. Personal enough to be accurate.

The process combines your own career data with target-role expectations, recruiter readability and ATS alignment.

Personal intake first Your goals, roles and career context guide the work before writing begins.
Target-role alignment Your CV is shaped around the direction you are pursuing, not just your past duties.
Clear final output You receive a stronger document built for clarity, relevance and recruiter review.
The process

Four steps from unclear CV to clearer career positioning.

The process is built to keep things simple: understand the problem, collect the right context, rebuild the story and finalize with confidence.

2
Intake

Share your goals and target roles.

We collect your career context, target roles, market direction, current CV and job descriptions where available.

Stronger input creates a stronger final document.
3
Build

Your career story is rebuilt.

The CV is improved for positioning, structure, ATS alignment, recruiter readability and achievement-led content.

The goal is clarity, not cosmetic editing.
4
Finalize

Review, refine and move forward.

You review the draft, share focused feedback and use the included revision rounds to finalize the work.

Two revision rounds are included after the first agreed draft.
Most CV work is completed within 3 to 5 business days after the completed intake and required materials are received.
Why intake matters

The intake is what keeps the work personal.

A strong CV cannot be built from your old document alone. The intake helps us understand your target roles, real achievements, career direction and the market you are applying into. That is what prevents the final CV from sounding generic.

The intake usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes and helps us capture the details that do not appear clearly in a standard CV.
Usually 10 to 15 minutes

The details that make the final document stronger.

In a short, focused intake, you share the context behind your experience so the work is shaped before writing begins.

Target roles and market So the CV is shaped around where you want to go, not only where you have been.
Achievements and proof So your experience is presented through contribution, outcomes and credible evidence.
Job descriptions where available So keywords, expectations and positioning can be aligned naturally and accurately.
This is why the final CV feels personal, credible and aligned to your next move.
What to expect

Clear process. Clear expectations. No guesswork.

The process is designed to be simple and transparent, so you know what is needed, when work starts and how refinement happens.

2

Materials guide the work.

Your CV, target roles, LinkedIn profile and job descriptions help shape the final output.

3

Revisions are focused.

Two revision rounds are included after the first agreed draft to refine and finalize the work.

4

The output is practical.

The goal is not decorative writing. The goal is clarity, relevance and recruiter readability.

Simple rule: the stronger your inputs, the more accurate and useful the final documents become.
Who does the work

Your documents are built by people who do this every day.

Process questions

Common questions before you start.

Clear answers about timing, required materials, job descriptions, revisions and the best starting point.

When does the delivery timeline start? +

The delivery timeline starts after we receive your completed intake and required materials. This matters because the work is built around your actual career context, target roles and supporting information, not only the old CV.

What do I need to submit? +

At minimum, you should submit your current CV and complete the intake form. For stronger results, share your target roles, target country or market, LinkedIn profile, job descriptions and any achievements or projects that may not be clear in your current CV.

Do I need to provide job descriptions? +

Job descriptions are strongly recommended because they help guide keyword alignment, recruiter relevance and target-role positioning. If you do not have a specific job description yet, share the type of roles you are targeting so the work still has a clear direction.

How many revision rounds are included? +

Two focused revision rounds are included after the first agreed draft. The purpose is to refine the document, correct details, clarify positioning and make sure the final output is aligned with your target direction.

What should I choose if I am unsure? +

Start with the free CV analysis if you are not sure where your CV is losing strength. If you already know you need expert support, compare packages. If your main issue is profile visibility rather than the CV itself, review LinkedIn Optimization. For specific questions, use the contact page.
